Agency Assistant

Bark Productions is a leading media production company for the Insurance Industry with clients throughout Australia. We design and develop websites, apps and all things digital, logo & brand development as well as print production for press ads, newsletters, general marketing/promotional material.

The agency assistant collaborates with graphic designers and production staff, as well as external providers so experience and an interest in web/digital/social/analytics/design is preferred.

You will be helping with the day to day running of the office. You will monitor what jobs are in, who’s working on what, and what’s up next and will help keep production moving with reporting to the director.

Some administration to go with this role from answering the phone and talking with clients and prospects, working with our project management software and job system. Working with client data, EDM systems, some invoicing, CRM and client reports. You will be involved with commercial printers and placing orders for print jobs, arranging deliveries to clients etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Mac’s. WordPress CMS.
Multi tasking, meeting deadlines, organisational skills and attention to detail all aspects of your day.
