We build most of our websites with WordPress which is one of the best and most widely used platforms available. WordPress gives us as developers design flexibility and we can deliver mobile friendly and SEO friendly websites with limitless functionality.
WordPress does however require maintenance. In addition to multiple updates to the WordPress core software every year, plugins that are used in your website must be updated. Websites that are not updated are open to malware & hacks and will cease to work unless maintained.
If you are technically comfortable managing the updates yourself, we offer a hosting only package ($35+GST) Or you can combine the hosting with our support plan ($90.00+GST).
Our third tier plan includes an article service. We'll supply a new article for your website blog each month. Articles are written with your clients in mind and are insurance-related. The articles include a suitable licensed image and may also be posted to your social media platforms. Articles are non-exclusive.

We can run various speed tests on your website and advise whether a CDN will be of benefit.
A fair use policy applies here. We can expand your account's disc space to accommodate all of the files for your website with plenty of spare. Capacity limits are applied and this helps malware prevention. We'll flag any space issues with you if necessary. Bandwidth is the same, we'll dial up your bandwidth limits to accommodate your website and will flag any issues as needed.
We use dedicated servers only and no shared facilities. Our hardware and server support provider is Digital Pacific. The physical location of servers is Sydney, Australia.
We have 24/7 support with Digital Pacific with a 3 hour SLA although issues can be attended urgently if required.
We use Rapid Restore with daily backups stored for 7 days and can restore your website to various points during this period.
